Our freeride camps are focused on all aspects of freeriding, not just in prevention and rescue in the case of avalanches as most people think.
The freerider must also know: to Interpret properly the mountain choosing the least exposed ascent line, as well as the descent line, in order to avoid cornices, avalanche terrain or finish a line in areas of difficult exit. Apply the correct procedures skiing in group. Adjust the technique to ski or snowboard better, with less effort and more control off-piste.
Required ski level The camps are focused for people who want to ride into the backcountry or improve their knowledge and skills in this environment. They will be oriented to the improvement and knowledge of skiing in untreated snow, so it is essential that rider have a good level of skiing or snowboarding, being able to descend through steep tracks with fluidity and autonomy. As well as having previous experience skiing off piste.
The minimum age required is 16 years (with parental or guardian permission).
